(OTC: MEDD). UMI is a platform company founded by Sunny River Management (“SRM”), a private investment firmed headquartered in Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX.
SMI is a multi-modality medical imaging center located in Pottsville, PA and the first imaging center for UMI. Since the company’s founding in 2001, SMI has grown to offer X-Ray, MRI, and CT imaging across three locations in Schuylkill County. Using state-of-the-art Teleradiology and Radiology Information Systems, Schuylkill Medical Imaging guarantees professional and timely transcribed results.
