Caliburn International Corporation Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

Caliburn International Corporation (NYSE:CLBR) (“Caliburn”) announced today that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission related to a proposed initial public offering of Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. Caliburn has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “CLBR.”
