Meyers Research, the housing industry’s leading provider of new home construction data, announced today the release of Version 6.0 of the Zonda iPad App. With this latest release, Zonda iPad app continues to lead the homebuilding industry in using real-time data and research to empower decision making by synthesizing and simplifying credible housing data.

The release highlights information that Meyers collects on the nation’s largest master-planned communities (MPCs). With more than 500 MPCs tracked across the country, it is the nation’s most exhaustive database that provides a complete view of supply and sales.

The release will also feature an updated ranking based on year-to-date new home sales at MPCs. With the research team continuously surveying more than 17,000 active new home projects across the country, the ranking will be updated on a daily basis providing a real-time view of sales activity in these areas. The year to date sales information is inclusive only of production housing where there are 5 or more units planned within a subdivision and does not include custom homes or lot sales. Both features give a clear and concise picture of the homebuilding industry for future planning and decision making.
