Kelly Hyman is proud to share she will be speaking at this year's Consumer Rights Litigation Conference. The conference will be held at the Hilton Denver City Center Hotel located in her beautiful hometown of Denver, Colorado.
The 18th annual event will take place during the last weekend in October, from the 25th-28th. Kelly will be speaking alongside Brian Warwick on Thursday, Oct. 25th from 2:00 pm- 3:30 pm, where they will be hosting a Class Action Roundtable. The Roundtable is an event held annually to host a live discussion of the hottest issues, along with some of the biggest challenges that affect consumer class action practice every day. The Roundtable setting is optimal for the audience experience, allowing the audience to engage in the discussion and ask questions throughout.
Hosted by the National Consumer Law Center, the Consumer Rights Litigation Conference, and Class Action Symposium is an annual event that allows people in the law industry to learn more information regarding Consumer Class Action lawsuits. There are many different topics discussed, ranging from consumers on the cusp of foreclosure, debt collection abuses, predatory lending, automotive fraud, credit report issues, and the problems surrounding student loan debt.
