Pardee Homes San Diego Takes Home Two BIA Icon Awards

Award winners recently honored by regional building industry awards show

SAN DIEGO, CA, September 26, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pardee Homes' Lake Ridge community proudly received two of the San Diego Building Industry Association's (BIA) Icon Awards for Best Architectural Design and Best Interior Design. The awards recognize the community and Pardee Homes, for its continued excellence as a home builder and community planner.

The ninth annual BIA Icon Awards, showcases and celebrates the local building industry's most distinguished accomplishments from the past year, as well as projects that significantly contributed to the enhancement of the local industry.

Lake Ridge Plan 3, designed by Pardee Homes and Robert Hidey Architects, was recognized for Best Architectural Design – Single Family Home, Under 4,000 Square Feet. Robert Hidey Architects has helped pioneer some of the most timeless and world-class architectural designs throughout North America and Asia for the past 25 years.

A second award was presented to Lake Ridge Plan 3 for Best Interior Design – Single Family Home, Under $1,000,000, designed by Pardee Homes and Ami Samuel Interiors. Ami Samuel Interiors, a 2017 BIA Icon Awards winner, has specialized in creating innovative interior designs for model homes, sales offices, apartments, office spaces and residential interiors for more than 20 years.
