Competition is also supported, allowing team members to push each other to be more productive and innovative. Competing to come up with the next amazing thing to showcase products and messaging creates better products and services.

Entrepreneurship can be developed, but hiring individuals who already have it is also advisable. It is important to hire those who want to learn, experiment, apply, share and partner, and are open to experiences instead of having very specific goals.
