Citadel and CofC Grads Breaking the Millennial Mold

By: PRLog
(CHARLESTON, SC) Citadel and College of Charleston graduates team to break millennial stereotype, with a dynamic, highly focused entrepreneurial real estate endeavor.
CHARLESTON, S.C. - July 3, 2018 - PRLog -- With a 24/7 work ethic that has propelled their new endeavor to impressive numbers, Ethan Courville, a Citadel Alumnus 2017 and Scott Nord, a recent graduate from The College of Charleston, founded Stone Management Group and have amassed impressive numbers in property management contracts, committed investment capital and on-boarded real estate agents under their 100% commission brokerage.

Courville served as the Human Affairs Officer while a cadet at The Citadel, lending to his managerial skills, studied abroad at the prestigious University of Westminster School of Business in London and was in the inaugural IBM Global Finance Summit Internship program. He graduated with a Business degree in just three years from The Citadel with a coveted offer to join IBM after graduation. Courville, instead, opted for the entrepreneurial route knowing his success would be directly tied to his efforts.

Nord, a recent graduate of the College of Charleston, worked as a financial analyst intern at a large management and development company in Knoxville, TN, working with senior partners to underwrite and analyze real estate investments. While completing his degree in the inaugural Commercial Real Estate Finance program from the College of Charleston, Nord took every opportunity to become involved in the local real estate community and became a Commercial Investment Division (CID) Scholar with the Charleston Association of Realtors. Nord is now the acting Broker in Charge at Stone Management Group.

With the development of Stone Management Group, the duo's plan was a fast paced, scalable model beginning with property management and the vacation rental arena, maintaining a 5 star-rating with their 24/7 mentality. The company has already grown into real estate sales and investments with their strong marketing and business development background. The two knew building innovative marketing, training and support tools would attract young, energetic go-getters like themselves. "We do not plan to compete with the big agencies. We want every agent, every investment and every rental to have a strong sense of community, purpose and support," Courville said. "If we can do that, we will continue to succeed," added Nord. Two millennials, helping to redefine a generation.
