On Monday, June 18, 2018, LIME Painting began its journey to expand nationally by awarding Castle Rock and its neighboring cities, which are just south of the Metro Denver area, with their first franchisee. Following a year of traveling to various cities and attending conferences to become a Certified Franchise Executive through the International Franchise Association, Nick Lopez, the founder and CEO of LIME, added his first franchisee to his emerging sales and marketing franchise company.
After working as an account manager at the corporate location in Denver, CO, Matthew Snider joined LIME’s franchise company as an early adaptor. As a four-year veteran of LIME’s corporate locations, Matthew will transition to owner and help LIME solidify its processes and systems for other franchisees to adopt across the country.
Snider and Lopez have a long track record of working together. Lopez regaled Snider’s attributes, stating:
