Perma-Pipe International Holdings Announces that Director Bradley E. Mautner Will Not Stand For Re-Election to Board

Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: PPIH) today announced the decision by Bradley E. Mautner not to stand for re-election as a director of the Perma-Pipe Board at Perma-Pipe’s upcoming June 5, 2018 annual shareholders meeting.

Mr. Mautner commented, "My decision to not stand for re-election came with mixed emotions as I move into the next chapters of my life. I have been active in our businesses for 40 years and I believe now is the right moment to step aside and spend time on other pursuits of great interest to me both personally and professionally.
