Gossamer Bio Announces Appointment of Bryan Giraudo as Chief Financial Officer

Gossamer Bio today announced that Bryan Giraudo will join its executive management team as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Giraudo comes to Gossamer Bio following a distinguished 20-plus-year career in investment banking where he focused exclusively in the life sciences and biotechnology sectors. Mr. Giraudo will lead the company’s finance and administrative functions.

Mr. Giraudo was previously Senior Managing Director at LEERINK Partners, where he was responsible for LEERINK’s Western North America and Asia life sciences investment banking practice. Prior to joining LEERINK Partners in 2009, Bryan was a Managing Director in Merrill Lynch’s Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group. Bryan received his B.A. from Georgetown University.
