Ms. Kearse has years of experience in the healthcare, finance and legal industry. She recently relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, where she will take on the role as Manager of Hospitalist Programs at Novant Health. Prior to this position, Ms. Kearse spent over 22 years working at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, a leading cancer treatment, and research institution.
In her role at Memorial Sloan Kettering, Ms. Kearse worked hard to ensure the needs of all patients are met in a timely manner. She used her expansive administrative skills in billing, budgeting, work ow, payroll, operations, HR, purchasing and much more, as she manages staff and oversees the day-to-day operations of her department. She will continue to use those experiences to further her professional goals at Novant Health in her new role.
