Attractive Valuation

It is very difficult to value Boxlight Corporation given its early stage and the limited number of publicly traded interactive display manufacturers. In our comparable company analysis, we screened for small capitalization companies within education technology, electronic manufacturing, and other vertical solution providers. We used a blend of these companies to arrive at a median enterprise value to revenue multiple. From our analysis, we have found the shares to be undervalued with significant upside if the company executes on the top line growth management anticipates. We also built a top down model and discounted cash flow in order to value the business, projecting the sales based on projected market share within the smart education and learning market. Based on an average of the two methods, we computed a valuation of $6.50 per share.
