HONG KONG - April 16, 2018 - PRLog -- America 2030 Capital Limited provided funding for two large stock loans.
The $440M securities backed loan (SBL) was arranged for and funded for the majority shareholder of a Chinese Real Estate Company with its stock listed on the Hong Kong and Shenzhen stock exchange as China Connect, whereby the shares of the same company trade on both stock exchanges.
The transaction closed April 11th, 2018 in Hong Kong and has been successfully funded.
The second stock loan originated and funded by the stock loan division of America 2030 Capital Limited was for a major Chinese Electronics Company who's shares also trade on China Connect boards, of both the Hong Kong and the Shanghai stock exchanges. The firm had bonds which were maturing at 9% and wished to lower its cost of financing long term debt. It chose America 2030 Capital to fund the $850M stock loan deal.
This transaction closed on April 13th, 2018.
Both stock loans closed in less than 30 days.
