“CompuCom supports more than five million Microsoft devices every day. We believe that, as a Leader in Gartner's 2018 Magic Quadrant for Managed Workplace Services, North America, CompuCom offers best-of-breed Microsoft solutions and managed services, as well as full lifecycle management for our clients’ enterprise infrastructures,” noted CompuCom Chief Product Officer Ken Jackowitz. “Our collaboration with Microsoft enables us to deliver world-class managed services that give our clients a distinct competitive advantage. We’re proud of our track record of certifications – which, overall, totals more than 100,000 – as well as our expertise with Microsoft products.”

CompuCom also received the highest score for the End-User Device Use Case in Gartner’s 2018 research note, “Critical Capabilities for Managed Workplace Services, North America,” for the second consecutive year.

As a Microsoft Partner for more than 13 years, CompuCom currently has 300+ Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs). The company holds a total of 10 Microsoft competencies, including Cloud Service Provider.

To earn a Microsoft Gold competency, partners must successfully complete exams to prove their level of technology expertise (resulting in MCPs), and then designate these certified professionals uniquely to one Microsoft competency, ensuring a certain level of staffing capacity. They also must submit customer references that demonstrate successful projects, meet a performance commitment (for most Gold competencies, revenue and/or consumption/usage), and pass technology and/or sales assessments. “Microsoft competencies are significant achievements by an organization, and testaments to a provider’s capabilities – treat them as your medals,” said Microsoft Provider Network Concierge Kevin Carlo Diga.

The Microsoft Partner Network helps partners strengthen their capabilities to showcase leadership in the marketplace on the latest technology, to better serve clients and to easily connect with one of the most active, diverse networks in the world.
