Sea World will be delighting guests’ taste buds with an array of tasty specialties curated by Chef Hector Colon and his team of culinary experts who plan to take event goers on a flavor tour around the world. Guests are invited to sample and nosh on unique Asian, Latin, European, Polynesian, and North Atlantic dishes throughout the park as well as enjoy specifically selected wine, beer, and cocktail pairings for each individual menu. Chef Colon will also prepare two limited time menus. BBQ, which runs from February 17-March 25 will feature an array of smoked meats like St. Louis-style ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and smoked sausage and Latin-Inspired Cuisine, which runs from March 31-April 15 will highlight delicately crafted dishes like Mofongo with Carne Frita, Bacalaítos, and Lechón Asado.

Along with fabulous food and drinks, Seven Seas Food Festival guests will also be able to catch live concerts on Saturday and Sunday nights. The Seven Seas Good Festival concert series kicked off on February 17 with Bachman & Turner. Other performers include Hunter Hayes (March 17), Easton Corbin (March 18), America (March 24), and Eli Young Band (March 25).
