Western Liberty Network’s seventh annual Leadership Conference and Expo will take place Saturday, Jan. 27 at Tigard Embassy Suites.
Speakers at the event include Stephen Moore of the Heritage Foundation, Bobbie Jager of Cascade Policy Institute, and Kathryn Hickock, executive director of the children’s scholarship fund.
The event will begin with a reception at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, featuring live music, appetizers, and networking.
The conference will run from 9 a.m. till 5:30 p.m. with a variety of breakout sessions for attendees interested in citizen lobbying, volunteering for campaigns, advancing school choice in their city or state, and promoting free speech.
This event is planned to coincide with the history-making celebration of National School Choice Week 2018, which will feature more than 32,000 school choice events across all 50 states.
