Kate Hudson is swearing by this new mobile application to follow her fitness regime anytime and anywhere. The app called QE2 or Quick Easy Exercises is created by Nicole Stuart, Hollywood’s top celebrity trainer that features four 10 minutes targeted workouts for arms, abs, butt, and hip. Nicole has created this app inspired by the requests she has received from her A-list celebrity clients, to allow the users to do targeted workouts that can be done from a hotel room, a movie set, the office and at home. The good part is that this app is now available for everyone through App Store and Google Play store. It features videos and step-by-step instruction by Nicole that allows the user to work out at their own pace, targeting the key body parts that need the most attention in any exercise. The users can use all four videos for a total body sculpting workout.
QE2 First Edition app also features Nicole’s celebrity clients’ favorite cardio programs and music playlists. In short, this app provides an access to the special exercise routine of the top Hollywood celebrities from the most sought-after fitness trainer. Nicole has launched three editions of the app with different series of workout videos. The 1st Edition is designed for the clients to do the workouts while on the go. It included quick and easy exercise routines that do not require a long-term commitment and yet keep the body fit. The 2nd Edition is inspired by the fans and clients and features workout videos to work the major parts of the body including partners stretch video and the 3rd edition features different workouts that can be done anywhere.
