Beef Market in the U.S. – Industry Development Outlook 2018

From 2008 to 2016, the value of shipments of beef, not canned or made into sausage, made in slaughtering plants went up at an average annual rate of +2.7%. At the same time, the output of pork, not canned or made into sausage, made in slaughtering plants went up by an average +1.6% per year.
