Horton Global Industries Brings Smart Modular Technology to The Bahamas

Smart Modular Technology
HGI through their division Spartan Modular Technologies, is looking to make huge strides in the residential and commercial building industries globally via their innovative smart technologies and composite smart panel system.

SPRING HILL, FL - Horton Global Industries “HGI” has announced today that it has tentatively scheduled to break ground on their Bahamas initiative April 2018. The project will have HGI incorporating their smart panel system for new builds in the Caribbean, ranging from affordable to high end residential as well as commercial buildings.

The project consists of over 400 acres, over 250 waterfront and an additional 100 acres of luxury ocean front one acre lots. The ocean views from the lots will be superb and the start of the art technology in the smart panel system will be bringing forward a NetZero standard. The water resistant structure will fill a void that has been evident not only in the Caribbean but also in the United States in areas such as Florida, Texas, Puerto Rico and others.

HGI through their division Spartan Modular Technologies, is looking to make huge strides in the residential and commercial building industries globally via their innovative smart technologies and composite smart panel system. Having put a plan in motion to blend smoothly into the smart city initiatives that more and more cities worldwide are undertaking, will allow every level of home to be connected, from the affordable end to commercial towers.

“Our team has worked tirelessly to bring forward a product that will not only change how construction is done today but to help prevent or at least lessen the devastating impact that natural disasters may bring to homes and buildings. If our builds were used in Puerto Rico or in Houston prior to the devastating hurricanes, the homes or buildings would have minimal water damage and would more than likely have had power, not months after but that day, we look forward to making that much of an impact,” stated Lloyd J Notley, President of Horton Global Industries.
