As a thought-leader in his field, Mr. Lathrop is a frequent lecturer, teacher, and author. He has lectured for the American Bar Association, Loyola School of Law, and Stanford University, among many other prestigious institutions, and has written numerous articles on a broad range of topics within his field. Mr. Lathrop is also the author of the book Insurance Coverage for Environmental Claims, one of the authoritative publications on environmental and insurance law. He noted:
