Dreyfus Municipal Bond Infrastructure Fund, Inc. Announces Changes to Portfolio Management Team

Dreyfus Municipal Bond Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (NYSE:DMB) announced today that, effective immediately, Daniel A. Rabasco, Jeffrey B. Burger and Thomas C. Casey will serve as the Fund's primary portfolio managers. The Dreyfus Corporation ("Dreyfus") continues to serve as the Fund's investment manager and Standish Mellon Asset Management LLC ("Standish"), an affiliate of Dreyfus, continues to serve as the Fund's sub-investment adviser. Messrs. Rabasco, Burger and Casey have served as primary portfolio managers of the Fund since its inception.

Mr. Rabasco is the Chief Investment Officer for Tax Sensitive Fixed Income at Standish, overseeing the investment management process. Prior to being named CIO, he was Head of Trading for Tax Exempt Bonds, responsible for managing the municipal bond trading desk. He joined Standish in 1998 and has 29 years of investment experience. Mr. Burger is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Tax Sensitive Strategies at Standish. He manages tax-sensitive strategies for institutional, high net worth, and mutual fund clients. He joined Standish in 2009 and has 18 years of investment experience. Mr. Casey is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Tax Sensitive Strategies at Standish. He manages tax-sensitive portfolios for institutional, insurance and high net worth clients. He joined Standish in 1993 and has 26 years of investment experience.
