Third Century Bancorp Announces Appointment of Director for Term Ending May, 2019

Third Century Bancorp (“Company”)(OTCPINK: TDCB), an Indiana corporation and parent company of Mutual Savings Bank (“Bank”) announced the appointment of Jeffrey L. Goben to the Board of Directors of both entities. His term as Director commences October 1, 2017 and will end in May, 2019.

Jeffrey L. Goben is a Johnson County, Indiana resident who has worked in the banking industry of Johnson County for 41 years. This includes being a founding member, senior manager, Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the former Heartland Community Bank. Jeffrey is a past president of the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce, and continues to be an active member of Greenwood Sertoma Club.
