Peter Raphael Joins D.A. Davidson as Public Finance Banker in Chicago

D.A. Davidson & Co. announced today that municipal investment banking veteran Peter Raphael has joined the firm’s public finance team in Chicago as Senior Vice President, Managing Director. In this role, Raphael will work with municipalities, issuers and developers to structure bond issues. He has deep experience with multi-family housing bonds, special service area and special assessment financings, and sales tax revenue bonds.

Previously, Raphael was head of municipal structured finance with William Blair. Notable transactions included financing for business parks, shopping centers, special service areas and low income housing. He previously was with Coopers & Lybrand. Raphael earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
