Fox acquires mobile game maker Aftershock, eyeing ‘supersize’ potential

Aftershock, currently working on an adaptation of “Avatar,” is becoming part of a new unit created by Fox in January called FoxNext that focuses on videogames, virtual and augmented reality and location-based entertainment.
