Northbrook, IL - May 31, 2017 - (Newswire.com)

The Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) has awarded Autism Home Support Services with an Award of Distinction, recognizing the organization as a top behavioral service provider in the country. The BHCOE Accreditation celebrates exceptional behavioral health providers that excel in the areas of clinical quality, staff satisfaction and qualifications, and consumer satisfaction. These areas are measured via a wide-ranging audit, including interviews with agency clinical leadership, a detailed staff qualification review, anonymous staff satisfaction survey, and anonymous consumer satisfaction survey.

“Autism Home Support Services is a people-centered, results-driven organization that works diligently to deliver high-quality, comprehensive, and individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for each of its clients. Additionally, Autism Home Support Services remains dedicated to creating a supportive work environment, a commitment that is reflected in their staff satisfaction score in the 90th percentile compared to organizations of similar sizes,” said Sara Gershfeld, CEO of BHCOE. “We are excited to commend the CEO, Laura McKee, and her team on creating an effective and scalable program that is an invaluable resource to the Illinois, Michigan, and Colorado autism community and beyond.”

BHCOE is a trusted source for recognizing top-performing behavioral health providers. Acting as a third-party, the organization systematically measures and reports on existing quality criteria in the behavior analysis community using standardized methods and practices, and accredits only those service agencies that meet elite standards.

“We are incredibly proud of the achievements of our clients across language skills, to social skills, to independent living skills and beyond. The positive behavioral changes we are able to create for children on the autism spectrum motivate our entire team to do our best work every day,” said Laura McKee. “We are honored to be recognized with the Award of Distinction from the BHCOE, and our agency looks forward to providing comprehensive and individualized autism care in Illinois, Michigan, Colorado and beyond in the years to come.”

Autism Home Support Services opened a new center in Northville, Michigan in April 2017 and currently has job openings available at all locations.
