The World's First Contextual Personal Data Platform, myPlanit™, is Granted a Patent on Its Geotemporal Web and Mobile Data System and Methodology

New York, NY - February 14, 2017 - (Newswire.com)

myPlanit, the first personal data platform that automatically interconnects and contextualizes data scattered across calendars, contacts, places, videos and photos, announced today it has received a patent for its contextual data platform. The new patent, U.S. 9,552,334 entitled “GEOTEMPORAL WEB AND MOBILE SERVICE SYSTEM AND METHODS,” outlines the process for analyzing and integrating digital data from disparate web and mobile sources across time and place. The patent details a system and method for providing a data schema for managing people’s information in the past-present-future including plans and events, places, activities, life moments and anything that exists or occurs in the earth’s time-space reality.

“I am very excited to share the news of our patent grant,” says Adrienne Meisels, CEO and Founder, myPlanit. “We’re proud to have developed a way to organize and access personal and business data, traditionally stored in many disparate applications, by interconnecting it all into a unified platform based on location and time, which is how we actually experience, understand and remember our lives. With this technology, myPlanit’s platform becomes an intelligent mesh of information, or the Internet of You, which, with user permission, will power predictive technologies that deliver highly personalized experiences and services.”

“Privacy and security are paramount to us. We have implemented bank level security and the ability for users to control access to their data,” adds Meisels. “We want users to know that the data they create is only shared when they decide to share it.”

myPlanit’s technology can be integrated into other services. “Our next step,” states Meisels, “is to build a software development kit (SDK) so that companies can integrate our contextualization engine into their apps and devices to provide their users with meaningful and relevant information and offers customized just for that user.”

The inventor on nine granted Location-Based Services patents, Meisels is a visionary in the digital innovation space. Prior to myPlanit, she served as VP of AOL's innovation team, creating large profit-generating digital businesses in nascent spaces.
