Valdor Subsidiary Niagara Releases New Portable Streaming Appliance

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 5, 2015 / Valdor Technology International Inc. ("Valdor") (TSX-V: VTI) (OTC: VTIFF) (Frankfurt: VZAA) is pleased to report that Valdor subsidiary, Niagara Streaming Media, has released the newest portable streaming appliance, the Niagara(R) GoStream-A. Powered by Niagara Streaming Media's SCX(R) Encoder Management System, it is the newest in the Niagara encoder product family.

With this appliance, users can capture video to send multiple streams at multiple resolutions and in multiple formats at multiple bit rates; all simultaneously. This gives users the flexibility to stream content from a controlled studio environment or an off-site location to capture live events or contemporaneous news. By taking advantage of the power and flexibility of the portable Niagara GoStream-A, users shoot on location or in the studio and have access to live audiences, delivering video content in the most desired viewing formats, including, Adobe(R) Flash(R) and Microsoft(R) Windows Media(R). The Niagara GoStream-A comes with the newest Niagara SCX(R) system management and control software, which enables users to capture live video in the most popular encoding, streaming, and capture-to-file formats. The SCX system empowers users to set up, control and monitor multiple Niagara streaming encoders throughout an enterprise or over the Internet. With Niagara SCX, users can also size and scale each individual stream and customize it with other visual elements, such as closed captions and bitmap overlays (e.g., watermarks) to propagate their brand online.

Mr. John Hammock, President - Niagara, states: "We are very happy with our latest device. The intelligent and simplified design of the Niagara GoStream-A makes streaming professional-quality, rich media, a simple and effortless process. The front panel LCD display and control buttons allow for simple, headless control of the system and streaming with the touch of a button. Therefore, it is ideal for many types of organizations and applications, such as broadcasters for remote news and sports events; business enterprises for webcasting and podcasting; government agencies for streaming of open meetings; and schools and universities for reaching students and alumni through the internet. With exciting new products like the GoStream line and the soon to be released 2200 replacement, we will penetrate existing verticals and new markets."
