Israeli bank Leumi's shares rise after U.S. tax settlement

JERUSALEM, Dec 23 (Reuters) - Shares of Israel's Bank Leumi jumped nearly 4 percent on Tuesday after it agreed to pay $400 million to settle two separate investigations into whether it helped its American clients evade U.S. taxes.
