As part of this collaboration, Traverse Bay Farms products such as Montmorency tart cherry juice concentrate, cherry salsa, cherry barbecue sauce and red raspberry jalapeno jam will be talking with local chefs about integrating these award-winning flavors into featured dishes, drink specials, and individual product available for purchase in select restaurants throughout Restaurant Week and Northern Michigan. These partnerships will give diners the opportunity to taste, learn about, and even take home some of Northern Michigan’s #1 Award-Winning Super Fruit brand.
In addition to supporting Restaurant Week, Traverse Bay Farms is strengthening its commitment to the local community by providing tastings and product samplings at signature Northern Michigan events, including the National Cherry Festival, Harbor Days in Elk Rapids, Bellaire Rubber Ducky Days, and more throughout the year season.
