- Working with the Citywide team to develop the transaction materials.
- Develop the target lists and contact with targets, including the management of the Q&A and NBOI submission.
- Work with Citywide in negotiating the various offers.
- Manage the Due Diligence process and the Dataroom.
- Work with Citywide and their lawyers on assisting the negotiation and finalization of the legal documents.
