(TSXV: ALPS.U) (NASDAQ: ALPS) ("Alpine Summit" or the "Company") today announced the hiring of Stephens Inc. as its financial advisor to pursue an asset sale for various strategic, high producing assets recently developed and proven by the Company. Proceeds of such sale are expected to retire existing liabilities as well as place additional capital on the Company's balance sheet.
The Company hopes to conclude the sale process before the end of the second quarter of 2023 and will provide updates as appropriate.
