Among the highest paying roles featured in the report are Chief Executive Officers, who can earn between EGP 834,658 and EGP 2.3 million annually, depending on company size and sector. Surgeons remain highly respected and well compensated, too, with annual salaries ranging from EGP 505,000 to EGP 1 million based on specialization and employer. IT managers, real estate professionals, and sales directors also appear on the list, reflecting continued demand across multiple industries for professionals with strong leadership, technical, and business skills.
The report also explains that customer service specialists and sales representatives can also do very well in Egypt. With global business partnerships on the rise, Egypt is home to a multilingual workforce, and the country is playing a larger role in supporting international markets. Customer service representatives, particularly those managing VIP accounts, can earn between EGP 90,000 and EGP 146,000 annually. Skilled sales professionals may reach annual earnings between EGP 60,000 and EGP 408,000, depending on market expertise and client portfolios.
