MONTVALE, N.J., June 05, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tingo Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TIO) (“Tingo” or the “Company”) will hold a Special Meeting of Stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) to be held virtually via live webcast on June 7, 2023, beginning at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time.

Stockholders are invited to submit questions to the Company via email in advance of the meeting, using email address:

Tingo Group holders of record of Common Stock as of the close of business on the record date of April 24, 2023 are entitled to vote by proxy or virtually at the Special Meeting.

Stockholders will be able to virtually attend and vote at the Special Meeting by visiting In order to virtually attend and vote at the Special Meeting, stockholders will need the 16-digit control number located on their proxy card. If a stockholder holds shares of Common Stock in “street name,” they may virtually attend and vote at the Special Meeting by obtaining a specific control number from their brokerage firm, bank, dealer or other similar organization, trustee, or nominee giving them the right to vote such shares.
