Firm AUM surpassed $3 billion following the rollout of the Zenith team and 30% net increase in portfolio managers on the platform

SummitTX Capital, L.P., the equity-focused multi-manager hedge fund based in Fort Worth, Texas, today announced the promotion of Neilson Arbour to Co-Chief Investment Officer. The elevation reflects his significant contributions to the Firm and underscores SummitTX’s commitment to growing its long tenured investment leadership team.

The announcement caps a pivotal year for SummitTX, marked by positive investment performance, strategic hires and significant platform growth. In addition to surpassing $3 billion in AUM, SummitTX made significant hires on both the portfolio management team and in operational areas to support the growth of the Firm.

• Performance: SummitTX continued to focus on delivering value for investors and was pleased with strong results across the platform, including an approximately 11% YoY net return for the Firm’s flagship strategy in 2025.

• Launching Zenith: The Firm welcomed Rizwan Sabar onto the SummitTX platform to build Zenith, an investment team designed to identify, train and develop rising portfolio managers across their respective strategies. As a former senior portfolio manager at Millennium and head of US equities and portfolio manager at York Capital, Rizwan brings deep experience to support the next chapter of growth for the SummitTX PM platform.

• Platform Growth: During the year, SummitTX focused on enhancing its scalable central platform, which drove growth in key personnel, including additions to senior leadership with the hiring of John Timotheau as Chief Technology Officer and Hiroshi Harada as Head of Asia Business Development. John’s previous roles at Balyasny and Point72/SAC Capital, and Hiroshi’s at Lighthouse, position both executives to play key roles in driving SummitTX’s expansion.

• International Expansion: SummitTX continued its growth in Europe and established its first Asia-focused portfolio manager in Japan. This was driven by investor appetite for the Firm’s strategies and the need to build an on-the-ground presence in these markets to support its expanding global footprint.
