HiBeam to Power the Next Generation of Always-On Infrastructure for U.S. Enterprises

New division of Trifork, led by Chaos Engineering pioneer Casey Rosenthal, to deliver fault-tolerant, high-concurrency systems for mission-critical industries

Trifork today announced the launch of HiBeam, a new U.S.-based technology organization dedicated to building fault-tolerant, high-concurrency systems for enterprises in sectors where uptime is non-negotiable.

HiBeam is part of Trifork and brings together decades of engineering experience and the proven technical excellence of the Trifork brand with the leadership and talent at HiBeam. The new division helps clients manage real-time data with zero tolerance for failure. Whether in healthcare, payments, or energy infrastructure, HiBeam’s platforms ensure continuous operation with no downtime.

HiBeam is led by interim CEO Casey Rosenthal, formerly the engineering manager at Netflix and co-founder and CEO of Verica and Prowler. Previously a member of Trifork’s board, Casey has a long history of leading large enterprise engineering teams. He is widely recognized for pioneering Chaos Engineering at Netflix and authoring the industry’s defining book on the subject. His rare combination of leadership and deep technical expertise positions HiBeam to scale rapidly while delivering resilient, enterprise-grade infrastructure.

“We’ve entered an era where businesses can’t afford to go down—whether it’s financial transactions, healthcare data, or instant messaging, failure just isn’t an option,” said Casey Rosenthal, Interim CEO of HiBeam. “HiBeam exists to make sure the critical systems behind these services are not just fast—but unbreakable.”

HiBeam specializes in building software “switches” - systems that reliably route millions of data connections in real time. These switches have built-in fault tolerance and scalable architecture. The team brings a track record of success delivering critical infrastructure for global clients who are looking for solutions to critical, high pressure infrastructure environments where data failure is not an option.

HiBeam launches with a team of 20 engineers and active enterprise customers across the healthcare and finance sectors. The company also plans to release an open-source version of its technology soon, followed by a hosted SaaS offering.

“At Trifork, we believe resilient systems are the foundation of digital innovation,” said Karan Yadav, CEO of Trifork US Inc. “That’s why we’re excited to introduce HiBeam as part of Trifork —a reflection of our belief that pairing deep engineering expertise with a U.S. market focus can deliver infrastructure that performs, even when everything else fails.”
