Bonaventure Expands Capital Markets Team, Strengthening Nationwide Presence

Bonaventure, a vertically integrated multifamily real estate investment firm with $2.6 billion in assets under management (AUM), is pleased to announce key additions to its Capital Markets team. Midquel "Mick" McClendon joins as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for the Eastern U.S., Kerry Peoples as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for the Western U.S., and Ryan Conoboy as Vice President of Capital Markets for the Western U.S.

Mick McClendon, based in Tampa, Florida, has over 20 years of experience in alternative investments. He has previously held leadership roles with Wells Real Estate Funds, Inland Securities, and CIM Group. His expertise covers 1031 and 721 exchanges, REITs, interval funds, private placements, opportunity zone funds, and co-investments.

Based in Southern California, Kerry Peoples has over 25 years of financial services experience, including nearly a decade at Sealy & Company, where he significantly expanded the firm's AUM from $750 million to $4 billion through strategic capital raising. Kerry specializes in RIA channels and is dedicated to delivering Bonaventure's solutions to West Coast investors.

Ryan Conoboy joins Bonaventure with over a decade of experience in financial services. Most recently, he served as an external wholesaler for Inland Securities Corporation. His broad expertise spans channels such as RIAs and Broker-Dealers, offering solutions like 1031 Exchanges, 721 Exchanges, Qualified Opportunity Zones, Private and Public REITs, and Value-Add Funds.
