Colorado Access will leverage Innovaccer’s Data Platform, Quality Management, Population Health Analytics, and Provider Engagement solutions to enhance care delivery and outcomes for 530,000+ Medicaid members.

Innovaccer Inc., a leading healthcare AI company, today announced a strategic partnership with Colorado Access, a nonprofit health plan that has been transforming the health care landscape in Colorado for more than 30 years.
