“We honor our Intero agents every year for their dedication and success to their businesses and clients,” said Brian Crane, CEO and co-founder of Intero. “However, we at Intero are honored to have them as our partners, especially during one of the most challenging years in the history of the industry.”

Named to the Intero Honors Awards were 36 individual agents and teams in the Chairman’s Circle (top 1%), 45 in the President’s Circle (top 5%), and 195 in the Executive’s Circle (top 10%).

In addition to Production awards, special awards were given to the following individuals and teams:

The prestigious Bob Kaufman Value Award is given to the agent who best exemplifies the Intero values.

“This year we proudly present the Intero Value Award to an incredible team of two: Intero Hall of Famer Carlos Padilla, and Denise Padilla,” said Scott Chase, President of Intero. “They have demonstrated for years their ability and success as trusted advisors to their clients, always assisting their clients throughout their entire homeownership journey.”

Terry Meyer, COO and co-founder of Intero and General Manager of Intero’s Commercial Division, presented the Leadership Award to Alexandria Kavalarias.

“Since joining Intero as Corporate Counsel in June 2022, Alex has worked diligently with our leadership team, analyzing key legal issues and representing the company,” said Meyer. “We are fortunate to have in-house Corporate Counsel, providing not only advice and education with regard to complex real estate challenges, but also an effective risk management process and environment for our agents and clients.”

Jordan Mott, Roger Malech and Alana Lam were also inducted into the Intero Hall of Fame, as announced by Crane.

“Congratulations to our agents, teams, and nationally recognized experts for navigating Silicon Valley, the San Francisco Bay Area, Western Nevada, and Tennessee and Texas, some of the most competitive real estate markets in the country,” added Crane. “Thanks to you—and to our strong leaders and staff, we remain focused on helping all in the areas we serve with their residential and commercial needs.”
