IDC Opens Nominations for the 20th Annual IDC FinTech Rankings

Top 100 Solutions Providers and Top 25 Enterprises Recognized

Nominations are now open for the 20th annual IDC FinTech Rankings and 9th annual IDC FinTech Rankings Real Results 2023. For two decades, IDC Financial Insights has evaluated the revenues of the leading global technology and service providers within the financial services industry to construct the IDC FinTech Rankings. The most comprehensive vendor ranking within the financial services industry is based on calendar year-end revenues and the percentage of revenues attributed to financial services and FinTechs. IDC FinTech Rankings: Top 100 & Enterprise Top 25

The IDC FinTech Rankings categorize and evaluate technology providers strictly based on 2022 calendar year revenues from financial institutions (banking, insurance, and/or capital markets) or directly to fintech solution providers for hardware, software, and/or services.

Two categories of companies are ranked:

IDC FinTech Top 100: Solution providers that derive more than one-third of their revenue from the financial services and FinTech industries AND across no more than two additional key non FSI industry verticals.
IDC FinTech Enterprise Top 25: Solution providers supporting four or more key industries yet have sufficient revenues from the financial services and FinTech industries.

IDC FinTech Rankings program will also identify two categories for special recognition:

IDC FinTech Top 100 Emerging FinTech: Recognizes companies that were not ranked in the previous IDC FinTech Rankings program.
IDC FinTech Top 100 Fast Track FinTech: Companies ranked in the previous IDC FinTech Rankings program and have noticeably grown year over year.

IDC FinTech Rankings: Real Results

Also open for nominations are the 9th annual IDC FinTech Rankings Real Results, which recognize IT providers that have enabled a genuine, measurable, and future-enabling change at a client financial institution (bank, capital markets firm, or insurer) in the worldwide financial services industry.
