New updates include GPT integration for Seismic Knowledge
Seismic, the global leader in enablement, today announced its Winter 2023 Release packed with enhancements to drive greater enablement and operational efficiency. According to new global research, 85% of organizations are increasing or retaining their investment in enablement technology in 2023 – and they’re counting on enablement to drive business-critical outcomes: respondents overwhelmingly agree that enablement is integral to weathering difficult economic times (92%), maintaining client relationships (88%), and operating more efficiently (84%).
Additionally, respondents in The 2023 Value of Enablement Report listed efficiency and productivity as top benefits of enablement. On average, respondents save 13 hours per week thanks to their enablement tech stack, which frees up time for revenue-generating activities including selling to prospects, meeting with existing customers, and closing deals. On the other hand, the small minority of companies that are decreasing their enablement investment say that they are concerned divestment will lead to operational inefficiencies (78%) and lower revenue (73%).
“We’re hearing similar feedback from our customers and the market during this period of economic turbulence: teams need to do more with less and optimize their go-to-market operations with the resources they already have,” said Krish Mantripragada, Chief Product Officer, Seismic. “New research proves that enablement is a recipe for success during tough times, or anytime. We’re proud to launch a number of enhancements in our Winter Release that will help teams be even more efficient, so they can focus on growing revenue.”

“Efficiency is always important. Goals don't seem to be getting easier over the years, nor are people being given more resources to achieve them.
