The press release issued by DHT Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) on January 20, 2014 related to the results of its January 20, 2014 Special Meeting of Shareholders is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
Also, on January 20, 2014, upon receipt of the requisite shareholder vote approving an amendment of the Company’s amended and restated articles of incorporation, the Company filed its further amended and restated articles of incorporation with the Republic of Marshall Islands, which are attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1 and are incorporated herein by reference.
