(b) On September 11, 2007, the Company announced that Brian A. Silva stepped down from the position of Commercial Auto Group President as part of organizational changes also announced on that day. For more information, see the press release that was filed as exhibit 99 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K on September 11, 2007.
