(the "Company"), together with its accountants, attorneys and other corporate advisors, is in the process of preparing and reviewing the financial information of the Company. The process of compiling all relevant information required to be included in the Company's Form 10-Q for the relevant quarter ended, as well as the completion of the required review of the Company's financial information, could not be completed prior to the prescribed due date without incurring undue hardship and expense.
