ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On September 17, 2008, we entered into a licensing agreement with Dr Pepper Snapple Group,
Inc. related to distribution of the Crush beverage brand. We issued a press release regarding this
agreement, which appears as Exhibit 99 to this report and is incorporated by reference in response
to this Item 8.01.
