PRINCIPAL OFFICERS
Effective as of September 11, 2006, Kim Williams was elected to the Company’s Board of
Directors for a term beginning October 1, 2006. Williams replaces Robert J. Herbold who retired
from the board earlier this year. The board has not yet determined committee assignments for the
new director.
