Item 8.01 Other Events
     As previously announced, DUSA Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ-GM: DUSA) gave a presentation at the Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc. 2007 Growth Conference on May 30, 2007. During the presentation, the Company reported that it was continuing its protocol development effort for a Phase II study examining the use of ALA photodynamic therapy to treat squamous cell carcinoma in immunosuppressed solid organ transplant recipients. The Company indicated that it intends to meet with the Food and Drug Administration for a pre-IND meeting in the next few months.
