ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On July 20, 2005, the Company issued a press release to stockholders
and other interested parties regarding financial results for the second quarter
and six months ended June 30, 2005. A copy of the press release is furnished as
Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by
reference.
