On October 28, 2009, ENB Financial Corp declared a $0.24 per share fourth quarter cash dividend payable on December 15, 2009, to shareholders of record on November 13, 2009.

The October 28, 2009, press release announcing the fourth quarter dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
