Veolia Environnement announces publication of its Form 20-F for 2009
Paris, April 21, 2010 - Veolia Environnement announces that it filed its Form 20-F annual report for 2009, which includes the company’s audited financial statements, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on April 19, 2010.
The Form 20-F is available on our website at www.veolia-finance.com under “Publications”, “Corporate”. A hard copy of the Form 20-F shall be provided free of charge to shareholders and bondholders on request.
