Events.
Hercules
Incorporated (“Hercules”) today held its Annual Shareholders meeting at its
Corporate Headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware.
During
the meeting, Craig A. Rogerson, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented
on preliminary earnings and estimated financial performance for the first
quarter of 2007. Hercules will finalize and release earnings on April 30, 2007
and hold an earnings conference call on May 1, 2007 at 9:00 a.m.

A
copy of
the news release related to the Annual Shareholders meeting, which was issued
concurrently with Mr. Rogerson’s comments, is attached as an Exhibit to this
Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
